When I was in class 1 or 2, we were taught a proverb – “Curiosity killed the cat.” Thank god for the scores of people who believed in the rejoinder “but satisfaction brought it back.” Exploration, invention, innovation all need curiosity. Poet, playwright, publisher, activist and owner of the iconic San Francisco bookstore – City Lights : Lawrence Ferlinghetti said “We need a renaissance of wonder. We need to renew, in our hearts and souls, the deathless dream, the eternal poetry, the perennial sense that life is miracle and magic.” And we truly do. Now more than ever.
