E75 – How wolves changed the course of the rivers?

Views :

If I told you that introducing wolves in an area can change the behaviour of rivers, would you believe me? It is true. In business, we often think that with all our data and all our analysis, we can always predict all the cause and effect of any decision. If we do this, that will happen. This is not the case, especially when the subject is human behaviour. Our understanding of complex systems, the human behaviour is often limited. We can’t be sure of the cause and effect. However, we overestimate our ability to put in systems and process to impact human behaviour. #complex #predictability #consequence #Leadership #action #businessstorytelling #storytelling For more #storiesatwork do subscribe to our YouTube channel which has two playlists –  #StoryBank https://bit.ly/WStoryB and  #LeaderSpeak https://bit.ly/WLeaderS You can also join our WhatsApp group to get a copy of this video. https://bit.ly/SW_WA_1
